Since we did Emma's Father's blessing in Utah, two very important men in my family weren't able to be a part of the blessing circle. As a creative solution to this problem, we had a great-grandfather's blessing day in North Carolina last Sunday. It was a very special day for our little family, but for me in particular. My grandparents have always been important people in my life and I'm so glad I was able to share an important moment in Emma's life with them.
four generations: Grandma Keaton, Me, Emma, Mom (Grandma Epps)
Grandpa Keaton, Dad, and Grandpa Epps
Grandpa Keaton and Grandpa Epps
And after the blessing, there was a whole lot of looking at Emma...
...basically, a whole lotta Emma!!
