Sandra Boynton writes the most fantastic children's board books. I don't remember with which sibling I started reading them, but they've been a favorite of mine for years now. Thanks to Amazon.com, I am now the proud new owner of "Big Box of Boynton!" which includes my all time favorite:

We too are big Boynton fans. Our favorite... Snugglepuppy. My Grace can recite the whole thing.
i love her books, too! whenever i'm babysitting, i always steer the kids in that direction when it's storytime.
