Our Day in Washington DC

What a day we had yesterday! 

We left at 6:30am for Washington D.C. to attend my cousin's wedding and to spend the day!

Shannon and Mike:

After the sealing, we spent a few hours sight-seeing in D.C.

First, the Smithsonian:

{Michelle Obama's inauguration dress-- it's breathtaking! Addy and I loved the First Ladies' exhibit. They have ball gowns, inauguration dresses, and china sets all on display!}

Then on to Georgetown Cupcakes!!!

{This is part of the line we waited in-- there was even a "bouncer" type guy guarding the door!}

Then back to the reception...
